At WORK STATION, we offer three types of coworking space: serviced offices, dedicated desks and hot desks – all to suit your individual needs.

Thanks to flexible contracts, you can rent a workspace for as little as one day – without unnecessary paperwork or long-term commitments. It’s ideal if you need a desk for a while, for a project or just want to see if coworking is something for you.

Most of our desks are height-adjustable, allowing you to work comfortably – while sitting or standing.

 

WORK STATION is more than just an office. It is a space that is conducive to networking – both professional and social. A shared working environment fosters a community that is difficult to experience in closed, individual offices.

 Our coworking spaces encourage networking, both business and social. In such a working environment, you will build a community that is mostly impossible to support in standalone offices.

Dedicated desk

A dedicated desk is a space in a coworking space that is exclusively assigned to a specific person. A renter who chooses a dedicated desk does not have to look for a new place to work every day because they have a reserved desk.

Hot-Desk

Hot desks are, in other words, ‘shared’ desks. A renter opting for a hot desk can choose any available space in the coworking space, apart from dedicated desks. The hot desk involves a change of desk depending on their availability.

SERVICED OFFICE

Fully equipped, furnished office – work space, with access to all utilities, kitchen facilities, lounge area, with reception and cleaning service. All the equipment you need to carry with you when you want to run this type of office is usually your own computer.

Conference room

Independent, equipped rooms in our coworking space where training, presentations, recruitment interviews and other meetings with employees or business partners can be successfully held. Our rooms provide constant internet access and equipment, including state-of-the-art TVs (including 4K) – ideal for presentations and video meetings, a white board for note-taking and brainstorming, and an overhead projector.
